Quality Objectives

Confoss Construction has set the following Quality Objectives to achieve continual improvement in its operations:

1. Continual improvement in Processes & Products through Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
2. Enhancement of customer satisfaction
3. Promotion of safe working environment
4. Timely completion of projects

It is ensured by the management that all personnel are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the Quality Objectives. The objectives are reviewed at the end of plan period and during Management Review Meetings (MRMs).
