TERI Retreat building at Gawal Pahari Gurgaon, which is one of first of its kind was constructed by CONFOSS.

Special Features of the building:

• Wall insulation 40mm thick polysterene and roof insulation using vermiculite concrete topped with china mosaic for heat reflection.
• Four earth air tunnels 70mts in lenght and 70cm R.C.C. pipe laid at 4mts depth is to supply air conditioning to rooms.
• Solar water heating system and Solar panels.
• Energy Effecting lightling.
• Waste water recycling by root zone system.
