HSE Policies

CONFOSS affirms its commitment to provide a safe and healthy workplace for all its employees and ensure that its construction works are carried out in a manner that protects the environments and community in general:

1. All accidents are preventable and
2. No task is so important that risk of injury to people or damage to the environment is justified.

The objectives of the policy shall be achieved at all company locations by:

1. Promoting a positive culture based on improvising our HSE performance;
2. Complying with all applicable HSE legislation;
3. Identifying and eliminating / Controlling hazards and pollution that could causes accidents, illness or Environmental harm;
4. Providing training and resources for employees to maintain HSE System;
5. Integrating HSE Procedures into every operations of the company;
6. Employing contractors who aspire to adopt the same HSE Standards in their works.

Safety requirements will be a part and parcel of all our systems and it shall be carefully planned and controlled in the day to day operations along with customer satisfaction, productivity, quality cost control etc. Although all these factor have to be given equal weight age, safety of our employees will be given the first priority when circumstances require us to decide between these factors. The senior

Management shall visibly uphold the principles of this policy and integrate them throughout the company. The management and supervisory personnel shall be responsible for implementing and maintaining the HSE Management system necessary to sustain this policy.
